Google Takeout is a helpful tool where a person can do a bulk export of their Google information. Some examples of the data a person can export are
- Documents
- Calendar
- Photos

How to use Google TakeOut with your BattenU account
- Go to https://takeout.google.com/
- Enter your BattenU Email Address and click ‘Next’
- Re-enter your BattenU email address and click ‘Next’
- Enter your BattenU Password and click ‘Sign in’
- Approve MFA if required
- Select the data you would like to export. (The defaults include Email, Photos, and Drive Files)
- After selecting the data you want to download click ‘Next step’
- Choose a delivery method and click ‘Create export’
If you choose the “Send download link via email” option, you will get an email to your BattenU email account with a download link when your archive is ready. From there you can download your Google Data to your personal device.
