Forgot your password? These instructions will give you step by step help to once again access your BattenU account.
- Navigate to the Batten University Password Reset page at: https://go.batten.edu/reset
- On the “Sign in” screen (see picture below) enter your BattenU account (if you are already signed in and don’t know your password, Microsoft will skip this screen and take you to step 4.)
- Students: Enter either 7-digit BattenU network name or BattenU email address
- Faculty/Staff: Enter your BattenU email address
- Select the “Forgot my password” link.
- Fill out the Account Recovery form.
