How to Reset Your BattenU Password

1. Navigate to the Batten University Password Reset page at: https://go.batten.edu/reset
2. On the “Sign in” screen (see picture below) enter your BattenU account (if you are already signed in and don’t know your password, Microsoft will skip this screen and take you to step 4.)
• Students: Enter either 7-digit BattenU network name or BattenU email address

Example: 1234567@batten.edu or bmarlin@batten.edu

• Faculty/Staff: Enter your BattenU email address

Example: bmarlin@batten.edu


3. Select the “Forgot my password” link.

4. Fill out the Account Recovery form.

Select an account recovery method:

Microsoft Authenticator app notification

1. Click “Send Notification”.

2. Enter the number on the screen into the notification on your Authenticator app.

1. Enter your desired new password and click “Finish” to reset your BattenU account password.
