BattenU Approved Signature
The Batten University's Communications department provides an email signature template for all faculty and staff to use and is located on our BattenU website.
Adding your Signature
Google also provides instructions on how to add your signature to your email account.
Updating the logo in your Signature
- Sign in to your BattenU email using this link: https://mail.google.com/a/batten.edu
- Click the settings icon in the top right.
- Click āSee all settingsā.
- Scroll down to Signature and click the Picture icon.
- Paste the URL to the updated logo and click āInsert Imageā.
Note: Make sure your signature is selected under āSignature defaultsā.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click āSave changesā.
